Core Yoga Orlando is a Community Yoga Studio Evolved From a Bikram Style Root.

Located on the Windermere/Winter Garden border, Core Yoga Orlando offers a variety of yoga classes to include: “Core 26″ -a Bikram inspired 90 minute class, “Core XPress” – a 60 minute version of our Core 26 class, “Power Yoga” -a Baron Baptiste inspired 60 minute class, “Blend XPress” -a Bikram/Baptiste inspired blend 60 minute class.

Core 26  (90 minutes)

Core 26, a Bikram INSPIRED Yoga, is a series of 26 hatha (physical) yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises inspired by Bikram.

These 26 “beginners” postures systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, all the veins, all the ligaments, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function.

Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of every other one, and extending its benefits. The heat helps improve flexibility and the sweat will detoxify your body, a great part of any weight loss program. When you take this 90 minute class it is a TRUE Bikram-inspired class taught by Bikram qualified instructors. Heated Room 100-101 degrees.

Power Yoga  (60 minutes)

This Baron Baptiste-Inspired Power Vinyasa Yoga is a flow yoga taking you through a free style 11 series, 53 Asana (postures) yoga in a whole new way! This one-hour Power Vinyasa Yoga is the cross fit of yoga, guaranteed to compliment your Bikram-Inspired yoga practice or any other type of work out you do. Create space for something new! Slightly Heated Room.

Core XPress Yoga  (60 minutes)

This yoga is the same 26 Core Bikram-inspired yoga postures done in one hour, for those of you that are crunched for time but still need your Bikram-inspired yoga fix! All 26 postures done only once with a select 4 done twice. This is the TRUE Bikram-inspired postures done in 1 hour. Heated Room 100-101 degrees.

Blend XPress Yoga  (60 minutes)

This yoga is a blend of Bikram/Baptisite inspired yoga. The standing series will strengthen your balance, focus, strength and flexibility, while the floor series will take you through your spine, abs, backbends and all the fun things you have not done since you were a child. In this class you will find that inner child that can still do many things with your body that you long forgot! No previous yoga experience necessary, just see where you can go. Heated Room 99-100 degrees.
